THECONCEPT

The project is driven by the desire to create a home where warmth and functionality take center stage. The large vertical openings not only make a striking visual impact but also seamlessly connect the interior with the exterior, inviting light and the urban landscape to become part of the daily experience.

The tones and textures of the brickwork provide a welcoming atmosphere, while traditional details engage in dialogue with contemporary design elements, evoking movement and balance.

THESTRUCTURE

The facade and interiors work together to tell a story of connection and flow. The rhythm of the windows and balconies reflects a design intended to maximize natural light, creating vibrant spaces that encourage shared moments.

The fluid interiors connect the living room, kitchen, and dining area, adapting to the changing needs of daily life while offering a serene and functional retreat.

THEOUTCOME

The selected materials are designed to evoke a sense of home: wood brings warmth and texture, while contemporary finishes blend in a relaxed and inviting way.

Every corner of the project has been thoughtfully designed to enrich the human experience, offering a space that not only meets functional needs but also fosters an emotional connection with its residents.
