SCOPE & PROJECT PLANNING
We define the full extent of the interior and exterior design work, including spatial needs, style direction, and functional goals. A detailed site review, client questionnaire, and initial meetings help us align on expectations, priorities, and budget. This phase sets the foundation for timelines, deliverables, and a clear roadmap forward.
SITE MEASUREMENTS
During this phase, our team visits the property to take detailed measurements and assess and document the existing conditions. This crucial step ensures our designs align with the realities of the space.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We develop mood boards, sketches, and preliminary layouts, providing a visual representation of the aesthetics direction and layout possibilities for your space.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & 3D VISUAL RENDERINGS
After approving the concept, we dive deeper into the details. This phase involves the design thinking, finalising layouts, choosing materials, furnishing and fixtures including rendering detailed spatial 3D visuals.
SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
This phase involves the design choices. We identify, select, and order ( upon agreement ) all approved materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes for both interior and exterior elements. This includes coordinating with craftmanship workshops and suppliers, managing lead times and ensuring specifications match the design intent. All items are tracked and scheduled to arrive in line with the project timeline.
FINAL PACKAGE DOCUMENTATION
We compile comprehensive design documents . These include a comprehensive set of drawings, visuals. specifications, and schedules that capture all approved design elements. This includes layouts, elevations, material and fixture specifications, and detailed notes for contractors. The package ensures accurate execution for contractors to bid and build the project.
CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION
We conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify that work aligns with the design intent, and address issues as they arise. Coordination with contractors ensures timely clarification of drawings and design details. This phase helps maintain quality, consistency, and smooth execution through to completion.
