THECONCEPT
Baltic redefines the relationship between privacy, natural light, and urban context with a design focused on verticality. The façade features a screen of metal louvers that provide privacy for the street-facing bedrooms without obstructing the views, while the vertically
arranged brickwork reinforces this rhythm, creating a cohesive visual language. The selection of materials and colors—light gray and black—allows for a respectful integration into the surroundings while standing out subtly against the neighborhood’s typical palette.

THESTRUCTURE
The floor plan is designed to optimize the best views toward the rear façade. As a result, the social areas, including the living and dining rooms, are positioned in this section, enhancing their connection to
the outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling windows reinforce this openness, allowing natural light to flow seamlessly through the interior spaces.
THEOUTCOME
Inside, Baltic offers a warm and refined atmosphere. Wood is prominently featured in the kitchen and living areas, adding an immediate sense of warmth. In contrast, the marble countertop in the kitchen brings a touch of elegance, harmonizing with cooler
materials like stainless steel. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a balanced and inviting environment where materiality and spatial design work together to enhance the living experience.
