THECONCEPT

Madison is a boutique apartment with innovative design, elegant materials and bold architectural elements which seeks to create a moving and sensory quirky experience.
A boutique apartment can be defined as a warm space, with varied design details - exactly what Madison characterizes. Traditional materials are creatively used, like the brick which is regenerated in a neutral green shade to achieve elegance and which, in turn, displays passion for designing that moves those that experiment it.

The integrated curve gives the facade style and movement generating an emotional connection with the surroundings. Verticality is achieved by metal slats, by so doing it stands out from the neighborhood’s traditional design daringly enthralling its inhabitants. These same characteristics are repeated in the interior, where the common areas show off with curved openings and vertical details on the walls in order to create a distinctive sensorial experience.

THESTRUCTURE

The interior has been created to reflect the life experience of a house that is why there are duplex or triplex units, prioritising the sense transition among the common areas. Every single detail has been carefully considered, including storage units which recall the traditional Brooklyn house charm. The kitchen is an outstanding example as it perfectly integrates with the living space, encouraging the interaction and coexistence in a room full of architectural passion.

The greenery and nature are fundamental elements, clearly shown in flowerbed units, yards and spacious balconies. These elements not only contribute beauty to the building but also establish an intimate and sensitive connection with the environment, leaving an emotional trace in every person that visits Madison.

THEOUTCOME

Project Madison is a boutique residence with an exclusive and singular design. Prominent in its innovative approach in the use of materials and architectural elements, generating a proposal that seeks to emotionally connect with the users. The facade’s curves and metal slats add a distinctive and audacious touch, while the interior has been designed to reflect the experience of living in a house with deeply thought details.

Natural spaces create outstanding beauty and a loving relation with the surroundings. As a whole, Madison offers a unique and attractive architectural proposal in Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood.
